Due to the nature of travel planning, reservations, permits, accommodations, and third-party arrangements, all bookings are subject to the following refund terms:

- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are generally non-refundable.
- Certain experiences, permits, flights, or accommodation bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or operational changes, NSQ Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or accommodations while maintaining the overall experience quality.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions.
